All youth players must complete the following three steps, in order. Players will not be allowed to start practice until all forms have been received by the club.

1.  Become a member of US Lacrosse.  Go on-line to www.uslacrosse.org and complete the registration.  With your membership in US Lacrosse you will receive the US Lacrosse magazine and will have coverage under their insurance program.  This is a 1-year membership fee.  Please place your US Lacrosse number on your registration form.  If you are currently a member, you do not need to rejoin, just go to their website and change your team affiliation to Leopard Lacrosse.

2.  Register with NTYLL (North Texas Youth Lacrosse League)*.  Please go to  www.uslacrossentx.org.  Once on the site, click on the NTYLL box (on the left hand side) and complete the process.

3.  Print out the following forms:

Please complete forms and return them, along with your payment, to the following address:

Leopard Lacrosse

Allen, TX  75013

*Dues do not cover cost of uniform or equipment.  Equipment can be purchased at NJS in Plano.  List of equipment can be found on the FAQ page.

**NTYLL is required for the youth program only.  High School athletes are not required to register with NTYLL.

Players from the surrounding area without a lacrosse program are also eligible based on NTYLL rules.  Lacrosse is a club sport and as such receives no funding from the Lovejoy Independent School District (LISD).  Parents pay a fee for their children to play and attempt to raise funds in various ways throughout the year.
